AFTER SCHOOL WORKSHOPS- Grades K-6 ARE HELD AT GODWIN SCHOOL
Midland Park Continuing Education will be sponsoring the following workshops. Come join us as we have fun building and painting with wood. Each week we will sand, paint and put together new projects to take home. All materials are included in the fee. The following workshops are offered by Nicole Hermann, experienced woodworking instructor who has been teaching After School Workshops for 10 years in the surrounding communities.
($25 each or take all 5 for $110.00)
*MPCE Adult Aides will be at Godwin School at 2:40 on the day of these workshops to supervise all registered children until 3:15 when the workshops begin.
**If your child regularly attends ASCC on Tuesday, they should first report to the Godwin School gym for Attendance. When the workshop is over, the children will return to the gym to continue After School Child Care until their scheduled pick up time.
Please pick up your child promptly at 4:15 p.m. from the designated door by the flagpole.

We apologize for this inconvenience and if your child is unable to attend the re-scheduled workshop, please contact our office and you will receive a full refund for this class.

DELIGHTFUL WOODEN CANDY CORN FEE: $25
Tuesday, 3:15-4:15 (October 30)
Kids will learn about the basics of woodworking while they have fun sanding, painting, and decorating a large wooden candy corn for Halloween.
FUN WOOD BOAT FEE: $25
Tuesday, 3:15-4:15 (November 6)
Kids will have fun learning about the basics of woodworking while they sand and paint their own toy boat that can float on water.
CREATIVE WOODEN CRAYON HOLDER
FEE: $25
Tuesday, 3:15-4:15 (November 13)
Kids will get creative and learn to make a wooden crayon holder by sanding, painting, and stenciling their own crayon holder that will be able to hold crayons, pens, and pencils.
WOODEN THANKFUL SIGN FEE: $25
Tuesday, 3:15-4:15 (November 20)
Kids will get ready for Thanksgiving by making a decorative thankful sign. They will sand create, and paint their own sign for the holiday.
WOODEN WINTER HOLIDAY TREES FEE: $25
Tuesday, 3:15-4:15 (November 27)

Kids will have fun celebrating the upcoming winter by making their own wooden trees. They will sand, paint, and add a touch of snow to make their winter wooden trees realistic.
