The Midland Park Board of Education is requiring that residency documents be updated for all students entering 3rd grade at Highland Elementary School, or all students entering 7th grade at the Jr./Sr. High School.

The Board of Education Policy 5111, Eligibility of Resident/Nonresident Pupils can be reviewed on the Midland Park District Website. 

Please click the link to find a proof of residency, re-registration form. This form must be completed and returned to the school your child will be entering with copies of the required documentation. 

If your child is not returning to the Midland Park School District, please check the box on the attached form and return it to your child’s school.
