Back by popular demand!! Apple goodies abound at this annual celebration of autumn in picturesque Peddlers’ Village.  Enjoy apple delicacies such as caramel-dipped apples, fresh pressed cider, apple fritters, apple butter and of course apple pie.  Browse amongst the booths of over 70 exceptional craftspeople from all over the region. Bus leaves Midland Park H.S. at 8:30 a.m. and returns approximately 6:00 p.m.  

 

WEST POINT HOLIDAY CONCERT         FEE: $112

Saturday, December 4

The hotel tells the story of West Point and the Nation with museum pieces hanging throughout the hotel as well as having guest rooms that are dedicated to inspirational West Point graduates. Weaving the impact of West Point into America’s story are a broad cross-section of contributions in the hotels’ actual guest rooms dedicated to the likes of medal of honor recipients, an astronaut, the first woman West Point grad to achieve the rank of general officer, the first African-American graduate of West Point, ground-breaking physicians, captains of industry, and great military leaders. Enjoy a magnificent buffet lunch in the MacArthur Room of the beautifully decorated Thayer Hotel at approximately 11:00am. Then we'll enjoy the Yule extravaganza at 1:30pm featuring the US Army Band and talented singers and Santa. Modest walking required. Must bring photo ID.    Bus departs MacFarran Field Parking Lot at 9:00 a.m. and returns approximately 5:30 p.m.   Tour led by Paul Boddy.  Stage Right Tours requires all participants to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and wear masks in order to attend their trips.  Proof of vaccination is required at time of entry to the bus. 

SACRED HEART CATHEDRAL / Christmas Carol Sing – Newark                  FEE: $71

The Carol Sing has become one of the most significant Christmas concerts in northern New Jersey. The ambiance of candlelight and season décor, along with the Cathedral Choir, organ, brass, percussion, and thousands of participants combine to create an event that must be experienced.  Includes boxed sandwich, chips and drink.    Bus leaves Ramsey High School Main St. Parking Lot at 4:30 p.m. and returns approximately 11:00 p.m.  Tour led by Paul Boddy.Stage Right Tours requires all participants to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and wear masks in order to attend their trips.  Proof of vaccination is required at time of entry to the bus.    

RIVERSIDE CHURCH CHRISTMAS CAROL SING                           FEE: $156

This longstanding tradition at The Riverside Church has become an essential part of Christmas in New York City. The service of music and light combines carillon, organ, harp, bell ringers, and all of the choirs of the church. It culminates in a ritual sharing of candlelight illuminating the Nave. The nondenominational church, founded by John D. Rockefeller, is famous for its size and elaborate Neo Gothic architecture. Fabulous early four course family style meal, at approximately 11:30am at Carmine’s Uptown is highlighted by salad, roasted peppers and mozzarella, rigatoni with broccoli and sausage, penne vodka, chicken with lemon and butter and chocolate torte.     Bus leaves Ramsey High School Main St. Parking lot at 9:30 a.m. and returns approximately 7:00 p.m.   Tour led by Paul Boddy.
