The “dancer’s body” workout! Designed to help you develop a longer, leaner body using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition. Define and lift the hips, thighs and glutes, sculpt the abs, tone and shape the arms! The format includes light weights for upper body, barre work for lower body, mat work for abs. Nutrition 101 is a course that will teach you the fundamentals of health and wellness so you can navigate through the fad diets, fancy exercise plans and snake oil salespeople. Dan Mezzina is a NESTA certified Fitness Nutrition Coach and Sports Nutrition Specialist with years of experience coaching everyone from athletes to the office worker.  Pilates is a series of precise movements that work together to develop a strong core. It is a total body workout that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. THERAPEUTIC YOGA                                                       FEE: $125    Virtual

Therapeutic Yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures. Rest is different than sleep. Rest provides our body the opportunity to renew, heal and restore.  There are physical and emotional benefits to this practice. The restorative effects of this form of yoga should never be overlooked no matter what age. By using props in the postures, it allows one to feel the restorative power that will do wonders to the body. Students must bring a yoga mat, blanket (throw), hand towel and yoga strap (10 ft.), 2 yoga blocks. Eat at least 2 hours before class or have a light snack like yogurt and water. Yoga Basics is an easy introduction to learning aspects of a yoga practice.   This is a level 1 class that everyone can do.   Students will be introduced to asanas (poses) breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation and relaxation . Join us for a Latin dance party! Basic Latin rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Samba and Cumbia! We en- courage you to bring 1.0 lb. weights to strengthen and sculpt your muscles. Not only will you get a cardio workout, you will benefit from the stress relief that comes from dance. 15-20 minutes of Toning moves will be built in! Come and join us! A shorter, simpler dance fitness class that breaks the steps down. You have the option of increasing your muscle tone by bringing 1.0 lb. weights. Dance is good for your balance, your brain and your mood. Join us! Please bring water and a towel.  Instructor: SILVIA ACOSTA
